學校是一個小型的社會,組織內外與組織相關的成員都將會與組織生態發生意識與行為的關聯。本研究是以一所國小的「資訊專科教室被佔用」事件為主體,研究者運用「存而不論、本質還原、放入括弧」等方法,嘗試探究事件的本質,一步步釐清每個成員預設立場後,還原事件多元又個殊的本質。研究者更是時時對該事件各相關成員的述說,進行延遲的判斷,以利反思及對話,這將有助於澄清事件的本質、還原真象。由此,研究者以校長角色採用行動研究者的態度,達到理解及深入思考解決為何資訊專科教室會被佔用,並探討其相關學校成員,為此事件所採取的意識與社會行動,詮釋此學校社會事件表現形式的複雜性,更進而以行動研究來逐步改善問題行為。

英文摘要

The school is a small society. The organization and the related members will be associated with the awareness and behavior. This study is based on an event,” Information and technology classroom has been occupied” of an preliminary school. Researchers used several ways, such as, ”Phenomenological method, Eidetic Reduction and the method of epoché”, tried to figure out the basic the event. Restore the basic of the multi-element and special event by clarifying the preconceived ideas of every member. Researchers made slow judgements which depended on the statement of each related member. It helped to introspect and make conversation with them. It can help to clarify the basic of the event and restore the truth. Therefore, researchers used the positive attitude as a principal to understand and think thoroughly, tried to solve the problem, “Why the Information and technology classroom would be occupied?” and to explore the related school members. The awareness and social action have taken for this event, explained the the complexity of the school social events, and how to improve the problem gradually by social action research.
