校長正向領導是影響教師創新教學的重要因素,本研究旨在瞭解高中校 長正向領導與教師創新教學的現況、差異及相關情形。研究方法為文獻分析 與問卷調查法,研究對象為新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、新竹市之97所 高中教師,有效樣本共855份。問卷回收後分別以敘述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、 單因子變異數分析、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。研究結果 顯示,高中教師對校長正向領導知覺良好、對教師創新教學知覺良好、高中校 長正向領導與教師創新教學間具有顯著正相關、且有正向預測力。另外,不同 背景變項(性別、年齡、服務年資、最高學歷、現任職務、學校規模、學校性 質、學校位置)之高中教師在知覺校長正向領導各層面的表現上有顯著差異; 不同背景變項(年齡、服務年資、最高學歷、學校性質、學校位置 )之高中 教師知覺教師創新教學各層面的表現上有顯著差異。

英文摘要

Principals’ positive leadership are the important factors of innovative teaching of teachers. This study aimed to investigate the current situations and circumstances of senior high school principals’ positive leadership and innovative teaching of teachers. The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation and the differences among the positive leadership of senior high school principals and innovative teaching of teachers, to investigate the situation and the impact. The research methods included literature review and questionnaire survey. The survey objects were teachers in 97 senior high schools across New Taipei City, Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County, Miaoli County and Hsinchu City. The study issued a total of 855 valid questionnaires. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis. The findings based on the results of the research, The perception of the senior high school teachers toward the principals’ implement positive leadership is good and toward the innovative teaching of teachers is good too, The senior high school principals’ positive leadership and innovative teaching of teachers has a significant positive correlation and have positive direct effect. In addition, the teachers of different gender, Age, length of service, highest education level, current position, size of school, nature of school, location of school have significant and different perceptions on principals’ positive leadership in high schools. The teachers of different Age, length of service, highest education level, nature of school, location of school have significant and different perceptions on innovative teaching of teachers in high schools.
