本研究以縣市層級『國教輔導團』之綜合活動學習領域領導人為對象, 藉由教育部所辦理為期3天的領導人培育班,透過參與者的報告、論壇、計畫 說明、講座等課程後之分組對談過程,蒐集目前領導人於團務運作所面臨問 題、領導人定位、團務未來領導方向及解決策略。研究問題為:一、目前綜合 領域輔導團領導人於國教輔導團之領導定位及困境。二、綜合領域輔導團領 導人帶領團務方向及策略。研究結果發現:一、綜合領域輔導團領導人於各 縣市輔導團運作之定位:團務運作之推進者;堅持團務理念,做正確之事者; 洞燭先機的開創趨勢者;與時俱變的變形金剛;帶領團務的支持關懷者;生命 共同體的問題解決者。二、綜合領域輔導團領導人面臨之困境及解決之道: 釐清及確認輔導團領導人任務之問題; 解決專任及兼任輔導員招聘問題;關 注精進研習教師的專業及參與問題;考量自身專業能力及身心狀況問題。三、 綜合領域輔導團領導人帶領團務運作之未來方向及策略,以確定輔導團運作 方向;推廣團務運作策略;激勵輔導團員策略為主軸。最後,並提出了經費挹 注、人力增援、實質誘因、學校認同及領域肯定之建議 。

英文摘要

The research objects are the leaders of the Integrative activity learning area at the county/city level. Datas were collected from a 3-day leadership training workshop held by the Ministry of Education which focused on the group operating problems, positioning of leaders, development direction of the group, and the leading strategies, by ways of variety processes of presentations, forums, program descriptions, and lectures by the participants. First, the research questions are: 1. What the leadership positioning and dilemma are faced by the current Integrative activity learning area leaders. 2. Which directions and strategies are adapted by the Integrative activity learning area leaders. Then, the research findings can be summarized as the following:: 1. The positioning of the Integrative activity learning area leaders are: facilitators of the operations in the group, doing the right things adhering to the idea of mission, pioneers of the trend, transformers who advance with the times, supporters and caregivers who lead the group, and the problem-solvers of the mutual community of life. 2. The dilemma and solutions of the leaders are: clarifying and confirming the issues of missions, solving the recruiting problems of the full-time or part-time counselors, focusing on the teachers’ professional or participation issues in the traing workshops, and considering their own conditions about professional skills, physical and mental health. 3. Future directions and strategies to the Integrative activity learning area are: ensuring the directions of operation in the group, promoting the steering strategies, and motivating the counseling group members. Finally, the suggestions to cope with these problems are: capital infusion, human resource reinforcement, actual incentives, identity of school member, and the affirmation in their learning area.
