在工商業發達的社會中,一般企業員工在公司工作服務,因工商社會講求效率、迅速完成工作任務,此時對研發員工而言就可能會有工作負荷產生,有時員工工作因為時間太少或是工作內容過多,一時無法完成工作任務而形成過高的工作負荷。企業員工的工作負荷過高,員工不能完成企業交付的任務,亦可能會引起企業員工的工作壓力。企業員工的工作壓力太大,可能會引起員工不適任,造成無法完成企業指定的工作目標,企業應該控制調適員工的工作負荷避免過高,形成員工過大工作壓力,使員工能順利完成企業交付的任務,有效率完成工作目標是很重要。因此員工的工作負荷與工作壓力應該值得去探討研究。本研究目的係對企業員工工作負荷對工作壓力的關聯性問題探討,並且更進一步檢視社會支持對於工作負荷與工作壓力之間的關係的干擾效果。本研究以新北市企業廠商發出400份問卷,有效問卷175份做為研究樣本,並以階層迴歸進行假設檢定。本研究結果發現,企業員工的工作負荷與工作壓力有顯著正相關,此外,企業員工的社會支持會有負向干擾工作負荷與工作壓力間之關係。

英文摘要

In recent years, the hi-tech industry in Taiwan has enjoyed prosperous development. One feature of such rapid development— due to intense competition—is the high pressure placed on the R&D staffs. The workload and pressure of tech employees is generally acknowledged as very high, and is worth exploring in more details. The purpose of this study is to discuss the relevance of the workload of employees to the work pressure, and further examine the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between workload and work pressure. In this study, 400 new questionnaires were sent to enterprises in New Taipei City. One hundred seventy-five valid questionnaires were returned and the hypothesis was verified by hierarchical regression. The results of this study show that there is a significant positive correlation between the workload of the employees negatively moderate and work stress. In addition, different levels of social support for employees the relationship between workload and work stress.
