整體而言,本文歸納學者專家們對於「教導型組織」的領導模式研究與看法,探討「教導型組織」的校長教導型領導模式建構,及探討教導型領導的核心任務。本文有以下發現:首先,本文回顧學校組織行為的研究,分析建構歸納出「校長教導型領導」的五個面向:1.專業示範。2.賦權增能。3.多元參與。4.激勵分享。5.可傳授觀點。其次,建構「教導型組織」的校長教學領導模式的論述基礎,提供建構「校長教導型領導」的五個面向:1.校長親力親為,進行專業示範;2.人人可用之兵,強化賦權增能;3.成員彼此協助,擴大多元參與;4.營造信任氛圍,鼓勵激勵分享;5.善用他山之石,故事傳授觀點,做為「教導型組織」的校長教導型領導模式的實踐策略。綜合而言,本文歸納學者專家們對於「教導型組織」的校長教導型領導模式研究與看法,「教導型組織」的校長教導型領導模式可以提昇學校組織行政效能和教師教學效能,經由領導者之理念、.價值、感召力與膽識、故事的教導,進而提昇教學品質與學習成果,達成教育的目標,值得校長們推動教導型組織領導模式的參考。

英文摘要

This article summarizes the research and views of scholars and experts on the “organization leadership” leadership model, discusses the construction of the “teaching organization” of the principal teaching organization leadership model, and discusses the core tasks of the instructional leader. Firstly, this article reviews the research on school organizational behavior, analyzes and constructs five aspects of the teaching organization leadership: 1. Professional demonstration. 2. Empowerment improvement. 3. Multiple participation. 4. Incentive sharing. 5. Can teach ideas. Secondly, construct the discussion basis of the principal’s teaching leadership model of “teaching organization” and provide five orientations for the construction of teaching organization leadership: 1. Principal hands-on, professional demonstration; 2. Soldiers available to everyone, strengthening empowerment and improvement; 3. Members help each other to expand diversity; 4. Create a trust atmosphere and encourage incentive sharing; 5. Make good use of the stones from other hills and tell the story, as a teaching organization, the principal’s practical strategy of the teaching organization leadership model. Finally, this article summarizes the research and views of scholars and experts on the “teaching organization” model of the principal’s teaching organization leadership. The “teaching organization” model of the principal teaching organization leadership can enhance the effectiveness of school organization administration and teachers’ teaching through the concept of a leader. Value, charisma, boldness, and storytelling, which in turn enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes, and achieve the goal of education, and worthy schools to promote the implementation of reference.
