教育領導和教育管理研究常見探討變項關係,選取重要的變項實屬關鍵因素。對此,本研究探討教育領導變項和教育管理變項及其體系、兩類變項被引用情形、核心概念、衍生關係和規則。首先提出三類可思考的相關課題,指出六類教育領導變項與教育管理變項及其體系架構。經由引用分析,提出變項清單及變項體系,整理出200個教育領導理念變項、165個教育管理理念變項、155個教育領導事項變項、221個教育管理事項變項、225個教育領導變項、196個教育管理變項、219個教育領導者變項、353個教育管理者變項、10類教育被領導者變項和教育被管理者變項。發現教育領導和教育管理變項中譯名稱繁多,變項中譯名稱數量與變項被引用情形似有關聯,臺灣和大陸地區研究者很少自創教育領導和管理變項,若干核心概念構成教育領導和管理變項,教育領導和教育管理變項之間存有衍生關係及衍生規則。

英文摘要

Exploring the relationship of various variables is usually for studying educational leadership and management. Selecting important variables is one of the critical factors for educational leadership and management research. Therefore the study focused on understanding the system of educational leadership and management variables, the citations of the two types of variables, core concepts as well as its derivative relationship and derivative rules. Firstly three related issues about studying educational leadership and management variables were proposed. Six categories of educational leadership and management variables as well as its framework of variables system were all illustrated. By citation analysis, many variables have found in educational leadership and management studies that included 200 leadership-idea variables, 165 management-idea variables, 155 leadership-item variables, 221 management-item variables, 225 leadership variable, 196 management variables, 219 leader variables, 353 manager variables, as well as ten types of be-led individual variables and be-managed individual variables. Moreover various translations in Chinese for educational leadership and management variables have provided. The count of translations in Chinese for educational leadership and management variables were correlated with the ciation of variables. The researchers in Taiwan and China proposed very few new educational leadership and management variables. Several core concepts were composed of the educational leadership and management variables. Some derivative relationships and derivative rules were found in educational leadership and management variables.
