本文主要探討學校內部社區感(sense of community in school)的理念及其 與師生教與學的關係,並剖析學校提升學校內部社區感的一些可能做法。運 用學校內部社區感的相關文獻以及作者近期所指導研究生的研究論文發現, 本文一、闡述學校內部社區感這個變項的意義與內涵,二、說明學校內部社 區感與師生教與學的可能關係,三、分析影響學校內部社區感的可能變項,以 及最後介紹提升學校內部社區感的一些做法,包括(一)提升校長領導品質、 (二)塑造正向積極的學校文化,以及(三)鼓勵學校成員發揮向上領導。

英文摘要

This paper analyzed the concept of sense of community in school and its relationships with teaching and learning. It also presented ways to improve the quality of sense of community in school. Utilizing findings of related literature and master theses advised by the author, this paper 1)explained the meaning and elements of the construct of sense of community in school; 2)showed the relationship between sense of community and teaching and learning in school; 3) analyzed the possible cause factors of sense of community in school; and 4) introduced ways that could be used to enhance the quality of sense of community in school, including improving the quality of principal leadership, cultivating positive school culture in school, and encouraging upward leadership practice from school members.
