本文彙整過去有關少年犯罪成因等相關病因文獻，探討少年在走向犯罪行為前可能形成的原因，包含個人、家庭、社會文化等因素，並引用作者在擔任108年度法務部矯正署臺南少年觀護所的勞務承攬心理師現場的工作為例，分析如何進行有效的處遇模式，提供未來給心理師進駐於少年觀護所進行心理輔導專業工作時的介入方向。
