本研究旨在探究護理科學生於愛情心理學課程中,對於性知識、性態度和性行為的影響。本研究採用「準實驗不等組前測-後測設計」,以北區某護理專科學校之護理科5年級學生12個班級進行研究。針對12個班級分為三組:一共18週的課程,共36小時,實驗組A學生共5班,接受愛情心理學,含6週性學課程;實驗組B學生共4班,接受愛情心理學,含1週性學課程;對照組C學生共3班,未接受任何愛情相關課程。研究對象皆在課程前,與課程後接受「性知識、性態度、性行為量表」問卷,以單因子共變數分析等統計方式進行分析,試圖了解研究愛情心理學課程對性知識、性態度與性行為之效果與差異。本研究結果發現:(1)不同愛情心理學課程設計與教學,對於護理科學生「性知識」並無影響;(2)不同愛情心理學課程設計與教學,對於護理科學生「性態度」與「性行為」有影響,兩者得分後測分數顯著提升;(3)不同愛情心理學課程設計與教學,在控制前測分數之下,實驗組A在「性態度」與「性行為」之後測得分顯著高於實驗組B與對照組C。最後,本研究將依據研究結果進行討論與建議。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of nursing students on “Sexual Knowledge, Sexual Attitude and Sexual Behavior” in the curriculum of “Psychology of Love Course”. The nonequivalent pretest- posttest designs was adopted to conduct this research; among students in the 12 classes of the 5th grade students of the Nursing Department throughout north region of Taiwan. 12 classes were divided into 3 groups with 36 hours in total within 18 weeks of lectures from the curriculum of “Psychology of Love Course”. 5 classes were included in Group A receiving the lectures in 6 weeks. Another 4 classes were included in Group B receiving the lectures in a week’s time. The rest of 3 classes were included in Group C receiving no lecture at all. The participants were receiving a questionnaire of “The Scale of Sexual Knowledge, Sexual Attitudes, and Sexual Behavior”, both before and after lectures. The results were studied by Statistical analysis in the method of one-way covariance (one-way ANCOVA). The purpose of research is trying to understand the effects and differences on “Sexual Knowledge, Sexual Attitude and Sexual Behavior” during taking the course of “Psychology of Love Course”. The result of this study shows as bellows. (1) There is no effect showing on the scores of “sexual knowledge” to nursing students after receiving the course of “Psychology of Love Course”. (2) After receiving the course of “Psychology of Love Course”, there is a significantly improved on the scores of “sexual attitude” and “sexual behavior” to nursing students. (3) Under control of scoring in the condition of taking this course, Group A has significant high score in “sexual attitude” and “sexual behavior” than the Group B and Group C. The discussion and suggestion will be based on the results of this research and study.
