中文摘要

本研究主要目的在分析近二十年來有關學校行政決策研究成果,從研究的回顧分析中瞭解:
1、學校行政決策的歷程與模式。
2、當前教育政策經過幾年之實施,所產生的效果及遭遇之困難。
3、家長及教師參與校務後對學校行政決定之影響。
本研究期能讓所有有行政決定的「決策者」提供參考,進而帶領學校持續進步成長。
本研究蒐集1986年至2006年有關學校行政決策之碩博土學位論文,採用內容分析法作為本研究的主要研究方法,針對研究類型、方法、學校類型、對象以及研究結果等議題進行文獻分析,以期深入瞭解目前針對學校行政決策研究的重點與成果,做為未來學術研究參酌與實務應用。

英文摘要

Th e purpose of this research is to analyze the current status and results of Taiwan school administration within 20 years. From reviewing the analysis of this study, the researcher understands the following three points:
1. Th e model and the progress of school policy-making.
2. Th e eff ects and diffi culties encounter after several years of the education policy application.
3. Schools’ policy-making infl uences by parents and teachers’ participation.
Th is study is to reveal the reference information to school policy makers in order to lead schools prosperity.
Th e theses and dissertations of school policy-making were collected from 1986 to 2006. Aiming at categories of research , research methods, school types, research objects, and research outcomes, this study adopted a content analysis method. Th e researcher investigated the emphasis and outcomes of the research on the school policy-making, which can be the reference of the future researchers and applications.
