鎵-67檸檬酸鎵造影是偵測非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的一種常規性檢查,胃是原發性非何杰氏的淋巴瘤節外最常發生的位置,氟-18-去氧葡萄糖正子造影是根據組織代謝率的一種非侵入性功能性檢查,而且在腫瘤掃描方面有很大的功效。氟-18-去氧葡萄糖在很多惡性腫瘤上有吸收增加的情形,但是氟-18-去氧葡萄糖正子造影在MATL淋巴瘤的偵測使用上仍有醉議。本文報告一例胃MALT淋巴瘤卻未被氟-18-去氧葡萄糖正子造影與鎵-67造影所偵測到的陰性個案。
67Ga-Citrate scintigraphy is commonly used to stage and monitor nonHodgkin's lyphoma (NHL). Stomach is the most common extranodal site of primary NHL. 18F-FDG PET is a noninvasive functional imaging technique that is capable of evaluation tissue metabolism and has shown promise in oncologic imaging. Increase in FDG uptake has been demonstrated in various malignant tumors. However, the usefulness of 18F-FDG PET in patients with mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma is still controversial. We report an case of gastric MALT lymphoma which was not visualized on 18F-FDG PET and 67Ga-Citrate scintigraphy.
