我們報告一位72歲的女性病患，因背痛及進行性下肢無力住院。鎝-99m-HMPAO標幟白血球造影在胸椎發現一冷區病灶，鎝-99m-MDP骨骼造影及鎵-67造影均在此病灶區增加放射活性。病患經開刀及病理切片證實為結核性脊椎骨髓炎合併椎旁膿瘍。

　　　　　A vertebral photon-deficient area on 99mTc-HMPAO labeled leukocyte scintigraphy in a 72-year-old female presented with lower back pain and progressive weakness of lower limbs was reported. 99mTc-MDP bone image and 67Ga study revealed increased uptake in the zone of photopenia. TB spondylitis associated with paravertebral abscess was proven by surgical intervention and histopathological examination.
