骨骼掃描術是最常被用來評估惡性腫瘤是否有骨轉移的方法,其優點為具有很高的敏感度,可以對全身骨骼掃描,而且價錢較便宜;但是骨骼掃描術的特異性較差。用氟-18-去氧葡萄糖正子造影來評估惡性腫瘤的骨轉移比骨骼掃描術有較好的解析度、較好的特異性以及對骨髓轉移的偵測率較高。本報告比較一位肺腺癌病人之骨骼掃描與氟-18-去氧葡萄糖正子造影對於肺腺癌的骨轉移檢查結果。
Diagnosis of osseous metastases in most commonly addressed with bone scans, which have the advantages of overall high sensitivity and facile evaluation of the entire skeleton at a relatively low cost, but bone scan is limited by its poor specificity. 18F-FDG PEG (FDG-PET) offers superior spatial resolution and improved sensitivity and specificity. We compared FDG-PET and bone scan in a patient with bone metastasis from adenocarcinoma of lung cancer.
