一位56歲男性肺腺癌病患,手術與局部放射線治療後,因復發接受化學治療,當時的全身鎝-99m-亞甲基雙磷酸99mTc-MDP)骨掃描與氟-18-去氧葡萄糖CSF-FDG)正子斷 層造影出現多處不一致之處。除了必須考慮骨掃描與FDG正子斷層造影在偵測骨轉移的原理不同外,全身骨骼掃描之平面造影與正子造影之斷層造影靈敏度亦有所不同,惟有充分了解病患病史與此兩項檢查原理,方能針對此現象作出正確判讀。

英文摘要

This 56-year-old male patient is a case of recurrent lung adenocarcinoma after receiving operation, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. The results of Tc-99m methylene diphosphonate ("9mTc-MOP) whole body bone scan and fluorine-18 deoxyglucose (FOG) positron emission tomography (PET) were discordant in several lesions. We have to consider the different mechanism of 99mTc-MOP whole body bone scan and FOG PET as well as the sensitivity of planar image and tomography. If only we fully understand the history of patient and the different mechanism of these two studies, we can correctly interpret the results.
