中文摘要
本文探討在歷經汽車修護廠多年中，有鑑於其配備因磨耗、毀損、不便，甚至一些嚴重缺失問題，深刻覺得可以設計得更好情形下，利用專利申請的一些原則與程序，蒐尋相關資訊，與習知或配備比較優劣，提出個人構思及更進一步改善，並向我國經濟部智慧財產局提出 3 件新型專利已通過，以作為驗證。
經本文探討結果得知，在汽車修護所見配備有不少地方，透過簡單的構思及邏輯程序，可以在短時間內設計得更好，在學習專利相關常識之餘，並向智慧財產局申請，以獲得專利證書，保護自己的智慧財產權同時，還可能造福社會。
英文摘要
In order to get patent rights，this study discusses some certain strategy from long-tern maintenance experience of automobiles accessories.The efforts from this study present the fact that getting a normal type of patent is quite possible through numerous parts of automobiles on which are worn or damaged.
Moreover，this study have got three articles of normal type of patents on safety performance from Taiwan Intelligence Property Bureau within two years by using some certain strategy.
