本研究目的為探討職場友誼、組織承諾與個人組織契合度關係之研究。調查對象以國中、小學教師為主,一共發出 320份問卷,有效回收問卷份數為 270份。本研究檢測組織承諾對於職場友誼與個人組織契合度關係是否具有中介效果。實證結果得知,職場友誼與個人組織契合度為正向關係,並且組織承諾具有中介效果。研究結果對管理實務與未來研究提供建議,期望提供企業人力資源主管之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among workplace friendship, organizational commitment, and person-organization fit. The sample was made up of 270 junior high school and elementary school teachers. We test whether organizational commitment had a mediating effect on the relationship between workplace friendship and person-organization fit. The results indicated that workplace friendship was positively related person-organization fit. Moreover, organizational commitment had a mediating effect on such a relationship. Discussion and suggestions for future research are also provided. We hope that the findings will be valuable for human resource managers.
