競技型遙控車(RC)於各種不同賽場路面特性需其高度操控性能,車胎胎紋於路面之滾動行為分析是其關鍵技術。當車輛行駛於溼滑路面時,若胎紋的排水能力不足,水的流體動能轉變為動壓浮力,當此動壓浮力超過輪胎與地面之正向接觸力,輪胎被浮起於地面,導致遙控車之遙控行為失效。鑑此,本文針對RC車胎於濕路面進行排水行為模擬分析,使用有限元素軟體 LS-DYNA,並利用滾動模型與水流模型兩種求解方式,分別針對V 型胎紋與顆粒型胎紋兩種胎紋進行模擬分析及比較。由兩種求解模型所得結果發現,顆粒型胎紋於3mm 水層厚度時抓地力較佳,而V 型胎紋於5mm 水層厚度時表現較好;以滾動模型分析法可觀察實車輪胎滾動於乾溼路面之胎紋水滑現象,而水流模型分析法可模擬輪胎加速過程中之排水行為。

It requires high maneuvering performance when Remote control cars race on different racing fields, so the rolling behavior analysis of the tire is the key technique. When RC cars are driven on wet roads, if the tread’s capability of water-expulsion is low, the fluid-dynamic of water would turn into the dynamic-pressure buoyancy. When this buoyancy outruns the normal contact force between the ground and the tire, the tire would float, which results in the invalidation of remote-control behavior of RC. This study focuses on the hydroplaning behavior of the tread of RC tires on wet roads. With Finite Element Commercial Code, LS-DYNA, in this research, we use tire rolling analysis model and water flowing analysis model to conduct the hydroplaning simulations for the RC tire with the V-shape-tread and dotted-shape-tread, respectively. The result show that the grip capability of the dottedshape tread becomes better on the water layer of 3mm, while the grip capability V-shape tread becomes better on the water layer of 5mm. With the tire rolling analysis model, the hydroplaning phenomena of the rolling tire could be realited, and with the water flowing analysis model, the water-expulsion phenomena for the process of tireaccelerating can be simulated easily.
