國立臺灣大學典藏日本善本書《桃木文庫》當中，《律》之標題的書有兩種， 一種是有頭注的版本，一種是沒有頭注的版本。筆者曾將此大略介紹於〈台湾大 学所蔵『桃木文庫』『長沢文庫』における律令関係史料について─ 『律』と 『令義解』を中心に─〉《法史学研究会会報第15 号》一文當中。本文擬針對 《桃木文庫》中有頭注的《律》之版本及其頭注深入探討。

The rare books in Momokibunko have been collected in the National Taiwan University Collection. Among these books, there are two editions of Ritsu: one is an edition with annotations, and the other is an edition without annotations. The author has provided an overview to discuss Momokibunko and Nagasawabunko in the Japanese journal “Bulletin of the Society for Legal History NO.15” Based on the primary study, this article focuses on the edition of Ritsu with annotations in Momokibunko and puts more emphasis on its annotations.
