在台灣,郵輪旅遊逐漸受到民眾矚目,其市場規模也逐漸成長。郵 輪產業是結合了餐飲、住宿、觀光與休閒等特性的複合性產業,郵輪營 運必須建立在良好的服務品質基礎之下。所以,如何有效並精確地衡量 服務品質是擬訂郵輪業服務品質優化策略之重要方向。因此,本研究將 以文獻回顧、質性研究程序以及量化研究程序來建構一個郵輪服務品質 量表,藉此有效衡量郵輪服務品質。本研究將以我國搭乘郵輪之遊客為 研究對象,並透過與郵輪業者的合作來蒐集問卷。研究結果發現,本研 究所發展的量表共有七個構面,24個題項。最後,本研究期望透過嚴謹 的研究程序所建構有效的郵輪服務品質量表,達到郵輪服務品質優化的 目標。

英文摘要

The cruise is gradually welcomed by tourists; its market size is gradually growing in Taiwan. The cruise industry is a composite industry which combined with F&B, lodging, sightseeing and leisure properties. Thus, cruise operations must be built on the basis of a good service quality. For the cruise industry, how to effectively and accurately measure the service quality are the important direction on service quality optimization. Therefore, this study constructs a cruise service quality scale by literature review, qualitative research and quantitative research program procedures, thereby effectively measure cruises service quality. The cruise visitors in Taiwan are as the object of this study. This study collects the tourists’ questionnaires through cooperation with industry. The results found the cruise service quality scale proposed by this study has seven dimensions and 24 question items. Finally, this study expects to construct an effective cruise service quality scale by rigorous research program, and then to achieve the goal of optimizing cruises service quality.
