本計畫於民國九十年四月至五月，由本局郵購或派員至台北市情趣商店、藥局或超商抽購衛生套檢體42 件，依據行政院衛生署八十二年九月二十日衛署藥字第八二六四二○三號公告，以中國國家標準CNS 6629「乳膠製衛生套」暨CNS 13245「乳膠製衛生套檢驗法」之規定進行爆破試驗、外觀檢查。並以藥事法第七十五條及行政院衛生署八十五年三月四日衛署藥字第八五○一一一七○號函進行包裝標示檢查。檢驗結果：爆破試驗15 件不合格(35.7%)，外觀檢查有8 件於外觀加上特殊修飾，不予判定(19.0%)，標示檢查部分則有30 件不符合規定(71.4%)。
英文摘要
In order to ascertain the quality of local distributed condoms, 42 samples were purchased from novelty stores, drugstores and super markets from Taipei city during the period from April to May 2001. The air-bursting tests were carried out following the methods listed in Chinese National Standard No.13245. The results showed that fifteen samples (35.7%) failed to follow the requirements. Thirty samples (71.4%) violated the labeling regulations. Eight samples (19.0%) have special decoration on the surface.
