近年來超級市場及大型量販店林立，都會民眾至賣場購買包裝蔬菜之意願及機會大增，因此包裝蔬果是否殘留農藥，成為消費者關注之議題。目前許多超市及量販店對所進貨蔬果已建立自行檢驗措施，或選擇業經檢驗合格且具有「吉園圃」或「安心蔬菜」等檢驗合格標誌之蔬果為貨源。但為強化業者進行自主管理，使其販售之蔬果能符合消費者之安全需求，本調查針對蔬果包裝場進行蔬果殘留農藥之監測。94年度分別於5月、8月及11月針對29家蔬果包裝場採樣，共計抽驗蔬果檢體106件，包括蔬菜類91件及水果類15件，於抽驗當日送至本局及中、南、東各檢驗站，連夜進行79種農藥殘留檢測，結果均符合殘留農藥容許量規定。本調查結果已由本局發布新聞在案。
英文摘要
In order to determine whether the supermarkets or hypermarkets provide vegetables and fruits in compliance with pesticide tolerance, 106 samples of vegetables and fruits from packing field throughout Taiwan were tested in May, August and November 2005. Samples were analyzed using a multi-residue method, in which 79 items of pesticides were monitored. The results showed that no sample violated the tolerance level set by the Department of Health.
