本研究以氣相層析質譜分析法建立葡萄酒中四乙基鉛(tetraethyllead)含量之檢驗方法。葡萄酒檢體於醋酸鈉緩衝溶液中以正庚烷萃取,經過離心分層後,取上清液,利用氣相層析質譜儀分析定量。氣相層析管柱為毛細管柱VF-5ms (30 m × 25 mm i.d.,0.25 μm ),並採用氦氣為移動相氣體,以離子阱質量分析偵檢器偵測。於葡萄酒中添加0.05、0.10及0.20 ppm 之四乙基鉛標準品進行回收試驗,結果,於白葡萄酒之平均回收率為99.9 ~ 113.9%,變異係數為3.2 ~ 7.3%;於紅葡萄酒之平均回收率為99.3 ~109.9%,變異係數為2.1 ~ 3.7%。本研究之方法偵測極限為0.04 ppm。將此方法應用於10件市售葡萄酒檢體之分析,結果均未檢出。

英文摘要

A simple detection method based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed for the residual determination of organolead (tetraethyllead) in white wine and red wine. Tetraethyllead was extracted from wine samples with sodium acetate buffer solution and n-heptane, followed by GC-MS analysis. Tetraethyllead was separated by a capillary column of VF-5ms (30 m ×25 mm i.d., 0.25 μm) using helium as carrier gas and determined by ITMS detector. The average recoveries of tetraethyllead spiked into 5 g of samples at the levels of 0.05, 0.10 and 0.20 ppm were in the range of 99.9 ~ 113.9for white wine, and 99.3 ~ 109.9for red wine. Coefficients of variation were 3.2 ~ 7.3% and 2.1 ~ 3.7%, respectively. The detection limit of method was 0.04 ppm. No residue of tetraethyllead was detected in ten wine samples which were purchased from wine stores in Taiwan.
