為了解台灣地區蛋類及畜肉中α-BHC等15種有機氯劑殘留量情形,93年度至各縣市之超市進行採樣,共計採得檢體100件,包括蛋類40件及畜肉60件。蛋類檢體與無水硫酸鈉拌合去除水份,加入吸附劑,以丙酮:正己烷(1:9, v/v)溶液萃取,再以矽酸鎂固相萃取匣淨化。畜肉檢體以索氏萃取法萃取脂肪,以乙腈及二氯甲烷為溶媒及冷凍離心法萃取有機氯劑,再以C18固相萃取匣和矽酸鎂固相萃取匣進行淨化,最後利用氣相層析儀附電子捕獲式檢出器(GC/ECD)進行分析檢測。蛋類中之最低檢出限量:α-BHC、lindane、aldrin、endrin、dieldrin、α-chlordane、β-chlordane、4,4'-DDE及HCB為0.006 ppm,β-BHC、heptachlor、heptachlor-epoxide、4,4'-DDT及mirex為0.01 ppm,toxaphene為0.4 ppm 。於畜肉中之最低檢出限量(脂肪基準):α-BHC、lindane、aldrin、endrin、dieldrin、heptachlor-epoxide、α-chlordane及4,4'-DDE為0.006ppm,β-BHC、heptachlor及β-chlordane為0.01 ppm, 4,4'-DDT、HCB及mirex為0.02ppm,toxaphene為0.2 ppm。利用本方法分析100件檢體,檢出有機氯劑者再以氣相層析串連式質譜分析儀(GC/MS/MS)確認,結果畜肉中有9件檢出4,4'-DDE,含量範圍0.018~0.516 ppm (脂肪基準),蛋類則皆未檢出。檢驗結果均與衛生標準規定相符。

In this study of organochlorine pesticide residues in eggs and meats, one hundred samples, including 40 eggs and 60 meats were sampled from retail outlets, analyzed by gas chromatograph equipped with electron capture detector (GC/ECD), and confirmed by gas chromatograph–tandem mass spectrometer (GCMS/MS) in 2004. Eggs were mixed with sodium sulfate anhydrous to remove water and the anhydrated mixtures were cleaned up by florisil cartridage after adding sorbent and acetone to extact the organochorine pesticides. Soxhlet extraction method was applied to get fat from meat. Afterwards, organochlorine pesticides were extracted from meat fats by cryogenic extraction and cleaned up with C18 cartridge and florisil cartridge. The detection limit in eggs was 0.006 ppm for BHC, lindane, aldrin, endrin, dieldrin, chlordane, chlordane, 4,4’-DDE and HCB; 0.01 ppm for BHC, heptachlor, heptachlor-epoxide, 4,4’-DDT and mirex; and 0.4 ppm for toxaphene. The detection limit (fat basis) in meats was 0.006 ppm for BHC, lindane, aldrin, endrin, dieldrin, heptachlorepoxide, chlordane and 4,4’-DDE; 0.01 ppm for BHC, heptachlor and chlordane; 0.02 ppm for 4,4’-DDT, HCB and mirex; and 0.2 ppm for toxaphene.When the method was applied to detect organochlorine pesticides in eggs and meat samples, 9 meat samples contained 4,4’-DDE ranging from 0.018 to 0.516 ppm (fat basis), and no organochlorine pesticide residues were detected in eggs.
