     本研究探討以氣相層析儀檢驗農產品中殺蟲劑得拉松殘留量之方法。首先以丙酮將得拉松自公告作物中抽出,抽出液經減壓濃縮至約50mL,加入石油醚50mL,再以二氯甲烷萃取二次,有機層經減壓濃縮至乾,以丙酮溶解並定容,所得檢液以氣相層析儀配合DB-1管柱及FPD檢出器偵測。根據行政院衛生署公告之得拉松殘留農藥安全容許量,進行公告作物中添加得拉松三重複之添加回收試驗。得拉松添加0.05~0.15 ppm檢體濃度於米中之平均回收率為88.5~93.4%,最低檢出限量為0.01ppm;添加0.5~1.5ppm檢體濃度於柑橘及奇異果中之平均回收率分別為94.4~97.0%及93.0~99.7%,最低檢出限量均為0.05 ppm。本方法操作簡便、回收率高且再現性良好。以建立之檢驗方法分析市售米類、柑桔類及大漿果類檢體計十件,結果皆未檢出得拉松。

英文摘要

     A method using gas chromatography (GC) was developed to determineinsecticide dialifos in agricultural products. Dialifos were extracted withacetone, the filtrate was evaporated to 50 mL and mixed with 50 mL of petroleumether; the mixture was then extracted with dichlormathane twice. The extractswere evaporated to dry, dissolved in acetone, and then determined by gaschromatography equipped with a flame photometric detector (FPD) and a DB-1capillary column. Recovery studies were carried out by spiking the standarddialifos at the levels of 0.05~0.15, 0.5~1.5 and 0.5~1.5 ppm to rice, citrusfruit and kiwi fruit, respectively. Average recoveries were 88.5~93.4%, 94.4~97.0% and 93.0~99.7% and the detection limits were 0.01, 0.05 and 0.05 ppm,respectively. No residue of dialifos was detected in agricultural products whichwere sampled from traditional markets.
