關懷（caring）對於護理專業發展有著舉足輕重的影響力。本文以標準化概念分析步驟依序介紹關懷的定義性特徵，說明案例，分析前置因子與後果，並列舉實證性參考資料，最後說明此概念的應用，期望透過關懷的概念分析，護理人員能了解關懷在護理專業中的重要性，並能實際應用在日常生活中，包括對自己、同儕、病人及家屬的照護。

　　　　　Caring plays a decisive role for the development of the nursing profession. The purpose of this article is to clarify the meaning of caring using the method of concept analysis. The technique advocated by Walker and Avant (1995) is used to analyze this concept. This paper seeks to (1) provide a review of the conceptual definitions of caring, (2) provide examples of caring, (3) delineate the critical attributes of caring, (4) explore the antecedents and consequences of this concept, and (5) explore the empirical referents of caring. Finally, through this process of concept analysis, we hope to make nurses understand the significance of caring in the nursing profession, and apply it in daily life, including caring for self, colleagues, patient, and family.
