目的:評估鎝-99m-TRODAT-1多巴胺轉運體(DAT)SPECT診斷帕全森病及其嚴重程度(H/Y分級)的價值。
方法:正常對照組22例,帕金森病患者27例 (H/Y 1~4級)。靜脈注射鎝-99m-TRODAT-1 2~3小時後進行腦多巴胺轉運體SPELT,並應用ROI技術計算紋狀體;小腦放射活性比值(ST/CB)。
結果:與正常對照組比較,PD患者紋狀體內鎝-99m-TRODAT-1積聚顯著下降,且ST/CB比值隨著病情嚴重程度的加重而減小。
結論:鎝-99m-TRODAT-1多巴胺轉運體SPECT有助於瞭解PD患者紋狀體內多巴胺轉運體喪失情況,並發現與H-Y級別密切相關。
Objective: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the usefulness of 99mTc-TRODAT-1 as an imaging agent for measuring changes in transporter concentrations in Parkinson's disease (PD) and correlate the findings to the severity of the disease (Hoehn and Yahr scale, H/Y).
Methods: Twenty-two healthy volunteers and 27 patients with PD of H/Y stage I- IV were investigated. Acquisitions were performed 2~3 h postinjection of 99mTc-TRODAT-1. ROIs were drawn over the striatum and the cerebellum. The ratios of striatum-to-cerebellum (ST/CB) were calculated.
Results: The striatal uptake of 99mTc-TRODAT-1 showed a significant decrease in patients with PD in comparison with healthy volunteers and the ST/CB ratios was closely related to the stage of PD.
Conclusion: The present study demonstrates that it is possible to visualize and quantify the changes of dopamine transporters in striatum in PD patients using 99mTc-TRODAT-1 and SPECT with good correlation to H/Y stage.
