本研究主要目的在於運動強度融入有氧舞蹈教學課程之初探,建議教學者在課程中加入運動強度的運用,將有助於減少運動傷害,以提升學生健康體適能;在監控運動強度的種類部分,說明有氧目標區域中要有頻率(多少次)、強度(多困難)和時間(持續時間)三種組成,加強對運動強度的認知;設計有氧舞蹈教學課程,建議教學者適時的加入測量心跳率,動作編排以安全且達到有效為基礎。讓運動強度的監控與管理可以廣泛運用於不同的有氧運動中,達到每個人適合的目標區域,建立學生健康、規律且安全的運動生活型態,提供未來有氧舞蹈課程教學之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research is to integrate the intensity into aerobic dance curriculum, it is to suggest teachers to apply the use of the intensity in the course.Furthermore, the study is to help students reduce the sports injure, and to promote students' physical fitness. As to the part of monitoring the kinds of intensity, frequency (how often), intensity(how difficult) and duration (how long) are three main components of the goal session. to enhance the cognition of the intensity, When designing the aerobic dance teaching course, to take the pulse timely is strongly
recommended. The choreography of aerobic dance movement is based on the safety and efficiency. In order to popularly apply the management and monitory of intensity in different aerobic exercise, to achieve the appropriate goal session of each one, To set a healthy, regular and safe living style in sport for students. To provide the reference of aerobic dance curriculum design in the future
