中文摘要

本文旨在驗證自卑感受因應策略模式,以及測試支持性團體輔導方案的實驗效果。本研究採調查研究法,以技職幼保系大學生為研究對象,並使用加權最小平方法進行模式驗證。結果顯示,本理論模式符合基本的適標準,整體模式的外在品質良好,內在結構也大至達到評鑑標準,因此理論模式與觀察資料可以適配,所以個體的自卑感受會影響因應策略,進而影響生活適應,而且問題解決因應策略是卑感受與生適應之間的重要變項。另外,採不等組前後混點之準實驗設計進行方案測試,結果顯示,支持性輔導方案雖然僅具部分效果,卻也反映出自卑感受是可以克服務改善的。就後續研究而言,可針對個體的助益程度,思考因應策略的合理分類,或採質性研究釐清其間的影響機制。而在理論模式的統計考驗與測試樣本的關聯,則需要更多的研究去證在技輔導實務上,可善用問題解決因應策略對於自卑感受與生活適應的影響力。

英文摘要

By verifying the goodness-of-fit of the Inferiority Coping Model, the effects of a supportive guidance program for vocational college students was evaluated. Survey samples were collected and analyzed, adopting the weighted lease square method to test the effectiveness of the model. Evaluated basic goodness-of-fit indices, internal and external quality of structure, indicated empirically a good fit with the model. Therefore, the empirical model could explain how feelings of inferiority, coping strategies, and living adaptation are related. Our results further demonstrated that feeling o inferiority could influence living adaptation by influencing problem-solving copying strategies. Restated, problem-solving copying strategies are the most prominent mediator between feelings of inferiority and living adaptation. Further analysis using a pretest-posttest, nonequivalent group mixed design to evaluate the effectiveness of the supportive guidance program, indicated that the program partially contributed to overcoming feelings of inferiority. Results further suggest that the qualitative paradigm can be adopted to discussing the category of coping strategies, as well as clarifying the most effective mechanism among related variables. Limitations are statistical approach and sample size. Results of this study may provide valuable information for counseling vocational college students.
