芬蘭學生在近年來國際性的評量中表現傑出,尤其在經濟合作暨發展組織所舉辦的「國際學生評量方案」中得到優秀的成績,令世界各國對芬蘭教育大戚驚訝。本文主要探討芬蘭國民教育改革之內涵及對台灣教育之敢示,首先介紹芬蘭國民教育改革過程;接著,說明芬蘭當前教育政策;再者,分析芬蘭教育改革特色;最後,進一步提出這些教育改革措施對我國教育的敢示,以供我國教育改革之參考。

英文摘要

Recent international assessments display an excellent performance of Finlandstudents. In particular, ThePrograms for International Student Assessment (PISA) that Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) held show that other countries were greatly surprised at education in Finland.Thearticle aims to investigate the main contents of comprehensive education reform in Finlandand its implications for Taiwan education. First,introduces the process of comprehensive education reform in Finland.Follow, explains the educational policy in Finlandcurrently. And then analyzes the features of education reform in Finland.Finally,poses some implications as references for Taiwan's education.
