如何對具敏感特質的問題收集真實的資訊，一直是抽樣調查中令困擾的問題。Warner首先於1965出隨機回答模式，隨後，Greenberg等在1969年提出了不相關問題模式，Moors在1971年提出了最適合條件下所得到不相關問題最佳化模式。本文則修改了不相關問題模式，並在最佳條件下與Moors的最佳化模式作有效性之比較。
英文摘要
This paper presents two new techniques modified from Moor’s model (1971) to solve a sensitive problem. We find these two techniques are all better than Moor’s model (1971) almost everywhere. Moreover, we also find under what occasions the one is better than the other in these two new techniques.
