方法:本研究引用已建立之三層網球選手績效評估指標架構,以Delphi法根據六位網球專家評判整合意見,再運用模糊理論演算公式,目的:在於求出各層構面及評估指標權重。結果:發現第二層構面權重以「訓練投入」與「發球技術與成績」最受重視;在第三層評估指標權重方面,以「教練人數」、「訓練計劃」、「非受迫性失誤」、「第一發球贏球率」最受重視。結論:顯示網球選手的績效評估應優先從這些構面及指標著手。
Purpose: This study aimed at deciding the weights of 3-level measures that have been constructed in literature to evaluate tennis player performance. Methods: The fuzzy theory and the Delphi method were employed to calculate and integrate the opinions of six tennis experts. Results: As results, the r training input J and r serve technique and achievement J measures in the second level receive most attentions. In the third level, the r coach number J ,r training plan J ,r unforced error J and r winning rate of 1st serve J measures receive most attentions. Conclusion: From the above findings, it was reasoned that the performance of tennis player should be enhanced from these measures.
