本研究主要目的在於修正Lund和Browder圖之數據。利用3D人體掃瞄資料以軟體技術進行人體肢段的切割，再依據切割後的結果計算肢段表面積值（Segmental Body Surface Area,SBSA）以及％SBSA（各肢段SBSA佔全身表面積的百分率），最後將計算結果與Lund和Browder圖上之數據作比較。在量測了117位樣本之後，結果Lund和Browder圖上之數據與本研究量測結果在軀幹（誤差2.08％）與頭部（誤差1.19％）的肢段有較大的差異，其他肢段的數據也都有些差異；故本研究提出一個修正後的Lund和Browder圖，其在肢段切割方式與％SBSA數據均與原來有些不同，希望能提供各相關領域應用之參考。

This study aimed at revising the data on Lund and Browder chart. The segmental body surface area (SBSA) was acquired by dissecting the 3D human body scanning surface data, then calculating accordingly. After measuring 117 samples, the results showed the difference between the %SBSA
(the ratio of SBSA to whole body surface area) of this study and the data on Lund and Browder chart; especially the difference of trunk SBSA (2.08%) and head SBSA (1.19%). Therefore, the revised Lund and Browder chart was advanced, in which the SBSA dissects and the data on it are different to the original. We hope this would be a good reference for various applications.
