Parking problem is got attention by all aspects recently， especially about parking at Taipei CBD area. To solve this problem， there must be a proper parking policy and the effective strategies to execute promptly. This paper would try to discuss some problems， such as parking policy and parking management strategies and the impact of those on the development of CBD area， the process to fomulate a parking policy， the role that government should play， and the keypoints that should be notified on future parking policy of Taipei CBD area.
