本文以我國47所商管學院為例,以六構面21項指標,運用計量多元尺法方法,予以分類,實證結果歸納為綜合型、傳承型、專業型、新興院四類商管學院,並對各群組進行優劣勢定位及發展策略,分別為追求卓越、創新躍進、核心擴張、及利基切入策略。且就高等管理教育提出政策面建議,就評鑑機構方面,量化及質化兼顧、存量規模及流量效率兼施、涵蓋商管教育特有面向;且教育政策面,追求卓越與差異競爭並行的高教政策及量的增加,更待質的提昇。

英文摘要

This study employs metric multidimensional scaling analysis and uses six evaluative dimension and twenty-one quantitative indexes of forty-seven business and management schools in Taiwan. According to grouping empirical results, this paper emphasizes these schools' market position and development strategy in the higher education market. In reforming higher education policy, this paper suggests that evaluation institutions considered quantitative measurement and qualitative academic evaluation and focused on stock scale and flow efficient evaluation indexes, and included specific evaluation variables on business/management field. To enforce higher education policy, they not only look after both pursuing excellence and different competitiveness, but also upgrade in the over-expanded higher education.
