學校組織不斷地面臨內外部環境挑戰,為求生存發展,學校必須維持內部的穩定延續與適應外部環境變遷,校長是帶領學校因應變革的靈魂人物,其變革領導思維與智慧,影響變革領導作為與學校整體變革成效。本文採用文獻探討的方式,蒐集有關變革領導相關文獻,加以整理與分析,透過探討學校面臨變革的挑戰與困境,分析領導理論的發展趨勢與領導變革之相關研究,最後參考Bolman與Deal之組織架構觀點作為探究校長變革領導思維的基礎,並據以建構校長變革領導內涵。
The intent of this study is to explore the principals’ thinking of change leadership, with a practical purpose to construct the approach principals lead schools improvement in face of the challenging world. This research adopts literature analysis to collect, organize and analyze the information related to change leadership, it present the challenge of school, the development of leadership theory and researches. Finally, based on Bolman & Deal’s perspective of organization frame, 5 approaches are formed.
