在世界各地的古老文化傳承中，傳統醫療都是不可遺漏的一部分，運用「熱」於治療疾病及調理身體更是傳統中醫療法的精粹。長久以來，人們對於「熱」的掌握與運用，在技術上已相當的成熟，將「熱」運用到醫療的手法也相當的精湛，但運用到傳統醫療卻是相當罕見。本論文提出利用電加熱片設計而成的新型溫灸杯，研究焦點旨在強調「熱」在針灸醫療的運用，研究方法是利用 ANSYS軟體進行數值計算，模擬分析施行針灸療法留針狀態下，在溫灸杯內的熱傳遞情形。在溫灸杯的縱橫比 H/D=1.033的幾何形狀下，控制溫度與外界溫度比值To/Ta<7.5的範圍內，經由計算結果分析得知，溫灸杯應採用絕熱材料，使熱量不會經由杯體傳導而散逸至外界，可避免灸療施作時杯體會灼傷皮膚。矽膠電熱設計裝置在溫灸杯上方，由於頂部較疏的空氣重力小於底部較密的空氣重力，故杯體內的空氣會呈現穩定狀態，熱傳導成為主要的熱傳遞機構。

Traditional Chinese medicine includes of a number of treatments based on the principles of heat transfer. These thermal therapies alter biological tissue by changing therapeutic temperature.Acupuncture and moxibustion are typical therapies employed in traditional Chinese medicine. These techniques are characterized by amazingly rapid results, aided in part by heat. Moxibustion involves the burning of moxa or mugwort herb and patients with respiratory problems should avoid this type of treatment. Moxibustion involves heating various parts of the body but poses a risk of burning the patient if not carefully executed. Studying the heat transfer associated with moxibustion is necessary to determine the relationship between the heating performance of the instrument and the heat transfer of the human skin during thermal therapy. This paper uses ANSYS software to study the heat transfer capabilities of warm-moxibustion cups, otherwise known as zhenjiuology. We also investigated the heat transfer characteristics of a newly designed warm-moxibustion cup, determining the aspect ratio H/D=1.033, and the temperature ratio To/Ta＜7.5, in which the heat transfer mechanism is dominated by heat conduction.
