中文摘要

製備TiO2的多種方法中,溶膠-凝膠法因其設備要求低,工藝過程簡單,其產品具有良好的均一性、高純度與低合成溫度,成為製備奈米TiO2粉體、薄膜和塗層的最常用的方法。本研究藉由溶膠凝膠法製備二氧化鈦溶膠,觀察各個添加不同二氧化鈦比例後的顏色變化及照射紫外光後的影響,以添加奈米銀的方式,增加二氧化鈦的光催化速率及薄膜的變色可逆性。結論得知二氧化鈦之PVAc薄膜對紫外光之影響,以添加0.8g二氧化鈦+0.4g粉體之吸收效果較佳,最大吸收波長範圍條件大約在199-216nm。添加奈米銀之PVAc薄膜紫外光最大吸收波長達到199-230nm時,以添加0.4g二氧化鈦+0.4g粉體+0.1g奈米銀之實驗中較佳條件。

英文摘要

On the variation of methods to the Titanium dioxide preparation, Due to Sol-Gelatin law facility demands is on the plain level, craft skill process is simple as usual, the product comes with well homogeneity. High-purity and the low synthesis temperature of Titanium dioxide powder body even thin film and the coating become the common way of production. The experiments via production of Sol-Gelatin law of Titanium dioxide Sol, increase a different proportion of titanium dioxide and color change after exposure to UV light after the impact of nano-silver to increase a way to increase the photocatalytic titanium dioxide film discoloration rate and reversibility. Observation the titanium dioxide film on the ultraviolet ray affections of PVAc to add 0.4g of titanium dioxide powder +0.4 g for better absorption, maximum absorption wavelength range to the 199-216nm.And each add different nano-silver color changes and the illuminative ultraviolet ray affections that the maximum absorption wavelength to 199-230nm UV light, when to add 0.4g of titanium dioxide powder +0.4 g to +0.1 g nano-silver of best conditions in the experiment.
