本文研究閉式圓形靜壓平面軸承之工作台的動態特性，探討雙向與單向兩種圓桿節流器設計參數之影響，並與定量泵補償之工作台特性作比較。在不同的供油壓力、流量、滑桿位移 彈簧常數及阻尼係數設計參數下，工作台施加步階力及簡諧力，分析工作台的動態反應，計算的結果加以分析設計參數的影響以及工作台之動態反應特性。

This study has addressed dynamic characteristics of the circular closed-type worktable mounted on hydrostatic flat bearing, investigating influences of the design parameters of single-chamber and double-chamber of Cylindrical-spool, and compared with the constant-flow pump restrictors. The changes of worktable responses under the excitation of harmonic and step force are analyzed separately, for various supply
pressures, flow rates, spool stiffness, flow resist, and restriction parameters respectively.
