本文對106例正常小鼠和環磷醯胺小鼠的大椎穴區進行了艾灸和非艾灸處理，以觀察艾灸對小鼠巨噬細胞吞噬功能的影響。觀察到艾灸大椎穴區對正常小鼠巨噬細胞吞噬功能影響不大。但對環磷醯胺小鼠巨噬細胞的吞噬功能卻有非顯著的增強效應。本實驗提示針灸具有良好的調衡效應。

In this paper, moxibustion and nonmoxibustion treatments were given to the Tachui (DuI4) of 106 cases nomal mice and cyc1ohosghamide treated mice, the effect of moxibust ion on phagocyte ic function of mouse phagocyte were observed based on changes of percentage of phagocytos is and phagocyte ic index. The results were as follows, Moxibustion Tachui could increase phagocyte ic function of mouse phagocyte in both nomal mice and cyclophosphamide treated mice, but moxibustion had more remarkable effect in cyclophsphamide treat mice. The experiment suggested moxibustion had effect on regulating balance.
