地圖是人類以符號記錄對環境的認識,亦爲對地球空間認知與文化互動的產物,近年來,受到電腦資訊科技(IT)、地理資訊系統(GIS)與遙測(RS)技術的蓬勃發展所影響,地圖的運用逐漸由傳統紙面型態大量趨向數位化、電腦化。主要因素除了來自於科技的發展所提供潛在可能性外,市場的需求趨動及全球化災害因應,均爲發展之動因。甚且遙測的普遍及高解析度衛星(HRSI)影像的商業化運用,更爲地圖的製作概念、經濟效益及產製效率提供動能。無論傳統或新理念的地圖製作,不可或缺的要素,就是精度的要求。往昔的製圖係以航空圖爲主,因高解析度的遙測影像的商業化後,已漸有取代之勢。在精度的運用上係以嚴謹模式(RSM)爲主,惟其甚爲複雜與不便,晚近隨著衛星的商業化運用,新的有理函數模式(RFM)或稱快速定位模式(RPC),已然讓衛星運用能具快速性效益,成爲新契機。本文即以RPC模式爲研究主軸,提出該方法的精度探討及其對製圖所產生的效益,以及對未來製圖概念的新趨勢及可能性發展。

英文摘要

Map is the graphic representation for the environmental acknowledged, it facilitates a spatial understanding of concept, condition, cultural interaction in the human world. Recently, with the influence of rapidly developing of Information Technology (IT), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS), the application of cartography has gradually evolved from the form of paper into digitized and computerized data. Besides of the potential possibility of technology, the motivation of market requirement and the driving of global disaster could be other major factors of development. Particularly, the remote sensing application and High-resolution Remote Sensing Image (HRSI) has evolved into commercial availability providing the energy of production efficiency and effectiveness in cartography. The requirement of accuracy, no matter what traditional or up-to-date conception for the cartography, is essential factors. To effectively use the HRSI to various researches, the accuracy of photogrammetric processing of satellite image is important. Gradually, Traditional photogrammetric workflow that dominated by airborne image is replacing by the HRSI after the satellite image commercialize. Generally, the workflow performs calibration with a rigorous sensor orientation model (RSM), However, it is not convenient for researchers that need to familiarize themselves with the uniqueness and complexity of each sensor model. Therefore, the major objective of the investigation is applied the block adjustment of RPC models to evaluate the precision of satellite image for the effort of cartography, and the discussing of a newly tendency of cartography concept, as well as the eventuality of development.
