這是39 歲男性鼻咽癌病例，經手術及放化療治療，因引起放射性口腔炎、咽喉炎，頸部皮膚炎及疼痛，味覺改變，口乾，白血球下降，手腳麻，失眠，食慾欠佳等，期間曾於中醫門診服用科學中藥以減輕放化療副作用，由於科學中藥的劑量療效小，加以患者工作繁忙，體力不勘負荷，身心疲憊，面色沉黯，口乾，鼻流濃涕，耳鳴，腳麻等症狀，後患者要求服用中藥材飲片煎煮，結果患者精神氣色轉佳，鼻流濃涕、口乾、耳鳴等症狀改善，中醫門診追蹤治療至2011 年五月，共計兩年，西醫追蹤檢查一切正常。

The present case thirty-ninth years male with naso-pharyngeal cancer received operation and radio-chemical therapy. He suffered from radio-oral cavity, pharynx and laryngeal inf1ammation as well as neck pain and radio-dermatitis， altered and decreased taste, dry mouth, leucopenia, numbness of extremities and feet, insomnia, and poor appetite etc. In the period he visited out patient department of Chinese Medicine and accepted treatment of oral administered science herbs to relieve side effect of radiochemical therapy. Owing the efficacy small of science herbs dose and the patient working with heavy business, he felt his body energy over loading and physic-psychological severe tire. On the other hand his face color dark, dry mouth, purulent discharge from nose, tinnitus and feet numbness etc. He asked given cooking of Chinese herbs treatment. The result demonstrated that the spirit and face qi color of patient was gradually better, and nasal purulent discharge, dry mouth, tinnitusetc improved. The case followed treatment for two years until May in 2011 at out patient department of Chinese Medicine. The following examination was absent cancer recurrence at out patient department in Western Medicine.
