膀胱肉瘤是一種罕見的泌尿道腫瘤，佔所有膀胱惡性腫瘤的比例少於百分之一，其中以平滑肌肉瘤最見。免疫化學分析在鑑別診斷上提供了很大的幫忙，治療則以手術為主。我們在此報告三個病例，並作文獻回顧。

Sarcomas of the bladder in adults are rare, representing less than 1% of all malignant bladder tumors. Leiomyosarcomas are the most common sarcoma occurring in the bladder in adults. Immunohistochemical studies play an important role in the diagnosis of this tumor. Wide surgical excision with adjuvant chemotherapy is the mainstay of treatment. Herein, we report on 3 cases with leiomyocarcoma of the urinary bladder and review the literature.
