膀胱平滑肌瘤為一良性膀胱腫瘤，在此我們提出一病例報告。此一病人曾多次泌尿感染及下腹部有腫塊而來就診。經陰道超音波，膀胱超音波，尿路攝影，骨盆腔電腦斷層檢查及膀胱鏡檢查顯示有膀胱腫瘤。剖腹探查及部份膀胱切除後，目前已追蹤3年，並無復發現象。在此回顧此良性腫瘤的相關文獻。

We repot a case of leiomyoma of the urinary bladder who presented with a palpable mass on pelvic examination as well as frequent urinary tract infection. Transvaginal ultrasound, sonogram of urinary bladder, intravenous pyelogram (IVP) and computered tomography (CT) of pelvis and cystoscopy revealed a bladder wall tumor. After treatment with exploration and partial cystectomy, the patient was followed regularly for 3 years without recurrence.
