腔靜脈後輸尿管是一個罕見的先天性靜脈異常疾病。在此發表二例病例，其臨床表現分別為右下腹部疼痛和右側腹疼痛。影像學檢查證實為腔靜脈後輸尿管。手術方式為輸尿管部份切除術合併端對端吻合術，術後病人的復原情況良好。

Retrocaval ureter is a rare congenital venous anomaly. Herein, we report two cases of retrocaval ureter with right lower quadrant abdominal pain and right flank pain, respectively. Imaging studies confirmed the diagnosis. Segmental resection of the ureter with end to end anastomosis was done. The post-operative course was uneventful.
