完全性雙套之異位輸尿管較少在成年期做診斷，我們報告兩例以持續性尿失禁表現的女性病患。對於功能不佳之上側腎盂及輸尿管的傳統治療為半腎輸尿管切除術。我們利用腹腔鏡成功的切除上側之腎盂及輸尿管且病患的恢復迅速，效果佳。
英文摘要
Complete duplication and an ectopic ureter are rarely identified in adulthood. We report 2 adult females who manifested continuous urinary incontinence. The conventional treatment for a duplex kidney with a poorly functioning upper-pole moiety is an upper pole heminephroureterectomy. We managed these 2 cases with a pure transperitoneal laparoscopic heminephroureterectomy of the upper renal unit, and the outcomes were excellent with rapid convalescence.
