腎上腺肌肉脂肪瘤是一種良性、少見和無賀爾蒙活性的腫瘤。大部份的病人是沒有症狀並且是無意中發現的。我們報告一位31歲的病人在其他醫院因為發高燒、腹瀉和嘔吐而將一個位於肝臟和右腎間的腫瘤診斷為肝膿瘍。在切除右側的後腹腔腫瘤後，病理報告為一巨大的（重780公克）腎上腺肌肉脂肪瘤。我們針對這個少見的腎上腺腫瘤的臨床病理特色和治療建議做文獻回顧。

Adrenal myelolipomas are benign, rare, and hormonally inactive tumors. Most patients are asymptomatic, with the tumors being discovered incidentally. We report a huge mass between the liver and right kidney in a 31-year-old man with the clinical presentation of high fever, diarrhea, and vomiting which was diagnosed as a liver abscess at another hospital. The retroperitoneal tumor was resected, and a giant (weighing 780 g) adrenal myelolipoma was diagnosed by pathological examination. We reviewed the literature for the clinicopathologic features and therapy recommendations for this rare adrenal tumor.
