闌尾肺胱瘻管為較少見的腸道膀胱瘻管，此病為闌尾炎或闌尾腫瘤少見的併發症。過去共有一百零六個病例曾在文獻中報告。而此類型瘻管因病人症狀不明顯，故診斷上較困難。即使今日醫學的進步，但由病人症狀開始至最終診斷平均仍拖延一年，造成治療上的延誤。本院最近有一個五十九歲男性病患因無痛性血尿及小便惡臭而就醫，入院後經鋇劑灌腸攝影證實為闌尾膀胱瘻管。我譬對此病例提出討論並作文獻回顧。

Appendicovesical fistula is an uncommon type of enterovesical fistula and a rare complica-tion of unrecognized appendicitis or tumors of the appendix. There have only been 106 previous cases reported in the literature. The diagnosis of this kind of fistula is difficult because the symptoms are often mild and ambiguous. The average time between the first symptom and final diagnosis is noe year, in spite of medical progress today. Consequently, it often results in de-layed therapeutic intervention. We experienced a 59-year-old male who complained of gross he-maturia and foul smellig urine. The patient underwent barium enema and appendicovesical fistula ws confirmed. This unusual case is presented and ba brief review of this clinical entity is also included. (J Urol R.O.C., 8:210-213,1997)
