在恥骨上膀胱造廔產生鱗狀上皮細胞癌是相罕見的情形。我們提出一個在恥骨上膀胱造廔後40年產生鱗狀上皮細胞癌的病例，並且建議有追蹤這類病人的時候要注意膀胱造廔口周圍的狀況，如果有任何異常應該做切片檢查。

Squamous cell carcinoma from skin around the site of suprapubic cystostomy is very rare. We report a case who developed squamous cell carcinoma 40 years after suprapubic cystostomy. It is suggested that cystostomy wound be examined as part of routine check-up, and biopsy of any suspicious lesion is mandatory.
