和帄新聞學一詞是在1970 年代出現，主要是在倡導另類的衝突與戰爭的報導型式，並對於傳統的客觀新聞學提出反思。和帄新聞學的概念一直到1990 年代初期才受到新聞記者與新聞傳播研究者的關注。傳統的戰爭新聞學報導方式，對於衝突的解決並沒有任何的助益，與運動新聞學和法庭新聞學有著相同的假定，三者都關注零和的競賽。和帄新聞學則是一種健康新聞學，在作預防與治療。本文回顧和帄新聞學的發展、定義、內涵與實踐，以及所面臨的批評與困境。全文計分為六大項：前言；相關文獻檢視；和帄新聞學的發展、定義與定位；和帄新聞學典範的內涵與實踐；和帄新聞學面臨的批評與困境；結論。

The term of „peace journalism‟ first appears in the 1970s. The aim of peace journalism is toprovide alternative approach of conflict and war reporting and to reconsider the traditional objectivejournalism.Like sports journalism or court journalism, traditional war journalism has long been concernedabout the win-zero game, and has nothing to do with the solution of conflict. Peace journalism is likehealth journalism concerning about the prevention and cure.This paper reviews the development, definition, assumptions, practice, and criticism of peacejournalism. The research has been divided into six parts, including introduction, literature review, thedevelopment, definition and positioning of peace journalism, the criticism of peace journalism, andconclusion.
