全球競爭加劇,企業紛紛進行人力精實,以績效為導向的就業市場已然形成,如何有效提升學生就業力,以促進長期就業已成為當前的重要議題。本研究之目的,旨在建立一組科技大學電子商務領域學生的就業力指標,呈現企業期望畢業生在工作崗位上應表現的績效;進而建立職能、工作績效、工作態度與就業力的詮釋模型,以作為企業選才與育才規劃,以及大學課程規劃之參酌。研究方法採實地訪談、焦點團體法、調查研究法。實地訪談從事電子商務之企業12名主管與36名前10%之績優人員,以建立企業期望畢業生應表現的績效指標。其次辦理8次焦點團體會議,將期望指標轉化為問卷。問卷發放以台灣前1000大資訊企業為對象,有效回收501份,以分析就業力指標獲得企業認同情形,以及各指標重要性的排序。研究發現就業力指標,依重要性由高至低依排為:規劃統籌、評估判斷、工作效率、工作品質、工作精神、監督控制、工作態度。結論顯示詮釋模型有效詮釋企業期望和畢業生就業力之關係。獲得之就業力指標,有助於提供企業人力資源活動之指引和學校培養學生具特色就業力之參考。

英文摘要

The research aimed at establishing employability indicators for students in domain of Electronic Commerce (EC) from universities of technology was meant to represent performances expected by enterprises in future workplace. The research desired to build the interpretational model for competence, job performance, working attitude and employability for corporation talents selection and cultivation as well as for school curricular planning came into being. The qualitative study conducted interviewing 12 administrators and 36 information workers, meetings with focus groups intended to formulate the questionnaire for quantitative survey to 1000 information enterprises for the confirmation and prioritization of employability indicators. The research revealed 7 employability indicators as: integrated planning, evaluation andjudgement, working efficiency, working quality, working spirit, monitoring control, and working attitude. The interpretation model formulated can effectively interpret the relationship between enterprises’ expectations and students’ employability. The study has contributed the qualification form for talents selection and the assessment form for talents cultivation, as well as valuable references for curricular planning and design.
